Ran today with H. It was 10 minute warmup, then run 8 minutes, walk 2, for an hour (then warm down). Also Strength workout (same as before) H said he didn’t mind if I ran in my headset, which he knows helps me gut it out. I hadn’t set up a Playlist tho …
